Language

Current terms, kept concise.

These terms are presented in a clear format to match the rest of the site.

Use of the app

Subdue provides Subdue to help people track subscriptions, trials, upcoming charges, and cancellation decisions. You are responsible for how you use the app and for reviewing your own recurring charges.

Availability

Features, destinations, and launch status may change over time. The website may reference placeholder destinations such as a waitlist, TestFlight, or App Store page until the final release flow is set.

Premium

Premium unlocks additional features described on the website and in the app. If pricing or purchase details change, the app or store listing should be treated as the current source of truth.

Privacy and data

Your use of Subdue is also subject to the current privacy information provided on the privacy page. Standard services, iCloud sync behavior, analytics limitations, and private services handling are described there.

Liability

Subdue is intended to improve clarity around recurring spending, but it does not replace your own review of charges, trials, billing cycles, or cancellations. To the extent permitted by applicable law in [Jurisdiction], Subdue is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app or website.

Changes

These terms may change as the product and launch setup evolve. The current website version should be treated as the latest published version. Effective date: March 2026
