Check whether the row is an upcoming charge, an overdue balance or a recorded payment before comparing totals. A due date plans an expense; a payment date places recorded cash in its reporting period. Trial reminders are free, while bill due-date, subscription renewal and cancellation reminders require Premium. A bill widget opens the exact occurrence for review. It does not silently confirm an amount or record a payment.

How do estimated bills differ from recorded payments?
An estimate is a planned cost, not a payment. You can enter an amount, calculate usage manually, or use a forecast based on up to three recent confirmed periods. Confirm the provider’s actual total for that period, then record partial or full payments separately.

Premium adds longer views, bill due-date and renewal reminders, cancellation reminders, Private Services, subscription history, and the Impact Simulator.
